Energy Efficient, Modular Washers

The IntelliFinishing washers are the most energy efficient in the industry plus they are designed for quick installation. The modular design allows us to send our washers to you pre-fabricated, pre-plumbed, pre-wired and ready to set on your floor, thus further eliminating long installation times.

All washers come complete with stainless steel parts for long life and insulation packages designed to save up to 49% on energy. The advantages of stainless steel washers over composite and polypropylene washers are numerous.

The control system technology for our washer modules is an energy, resource and chemical saver. The system only turns on the areas of the washers that are being used by the part based on its size. For example, if you have a small part that takes up one-third of the washer, then the washer only turns on that section, additionally, the washer doors open and close between parts helping to reduce chemical contamination. The washer modules do not constantly run, similar to our conveyor system, these modules only turn on when a part is in this section of the system.
