Overhead Friction-Driven Conveyor for Powder Coating and Liquid Paint

The conveyor used in an IntelliFinishing complete finishing system is an advanced alternative to power & free...there is NO CHAIN. It is a friction-driven conveyor that propels the carrier with a spinning drive tube. The wheels on the trolley assembly sit at a canted angle, allowing the carrier to move forward and reverse depending which direction the drive tube is spinning. This technology, combined with our smart controls, allows carriers to:  

• move both forward and reverse at any point in the system
• stop in a zone or process without affecting the rest of the line
• move at variable speeds (including faster through non-value added areas)
• deadhead into (and back out of) a process area
