Lift for Large/Heavy Parts
Our IntelliFinishing turnkey liquid coating systems and powder coating systems are equipped for even the largest of manufactured parts.
With the ability to accommodate up to 20,000 lb. parts your production options are never limited. A lift area can be added to any of our complete finishing system designs that will allow you to move larger parts safely and efficiently.
The lift (or lowerator) raises and lowers the load bar allowing for ergonomically correct loading and unloading of large, heavy parts.
It is quicker and safer than manual loading, and as shown in this video, operable by the simple push of a button on the control panel.
