Spur Capabilities of the IntelliFinishing System

Spurs are easily incorporated into the design of an IntelliFInishing automated finishing system with the forward and reverse direction of travel inherent with the conveyor technology.

Spurs are used in many ways in a typical layout including:

cooling, masking, inspection, maintenance or repair areas
loading or unloading
deadheading:

to change part orientation and direction of travel without the use of a large radius turn
to easily allow for future expansions
to resequence parts on the line
