Part Recipes & Smart Controls 

Recipes and smart controls are the powerful difference of an IntelliFinishing system compared to traditional paint and powder coating systems using monorail conveyors or power and free conveyors. Recipes contain the information that is provided to the process equipment and is specific for each carrier. 

With an intuitive user interface, operators load parts and choose an appropriate recipe before releasing the carrier to the system. Recipes are easy to maintain, update or build new.

In this video, Eddie from JR Custom Metal Products, who had minimal previous experience with HMIs and no experience with automated paint systems, explains the basics of how recipes are used for their powder coating system.
