Plant Visibility from HMI

IntelliFinishing's smart controls provide complete visibility to a powder coating system or liquid coating system. Visibility allows you to see what is on the line in real-time. Information about any process can be easily accessed by touching the section of the layout on the HMI screen. 

• Manual work instructions like masking, are displayed at the HMI for the operator as the carrier approaches the station
• Decrease errors due to painting parts the wrong color with smart controls that notify painters of color changes
• Prepare workload for shipping or assembly with visibility to parts that will be unloaded from the paint line
