Friction-Driven Overhead Conveyor for Powder Coating & Liquid Coating

The IntelliFInishing chainless conveyor is an alternative to the traditional power and free conveyor. The conveyor uses a spinning tube (friction feed) instead of a chain. This gives an IntelliFinishing system unique features that traditional monorail and power and free conveyors cannot offer. A few of these features include allowing carriers to: 

• move both forward and reverse
• stop in a zone without affecting the rest of the line
• move at variable speeds at any point in the system
